The Society for Occupational Health Psychology (SOHP) is the first organization in the United States to be devoted to occupational health psychology. It is dedicated to the application of scientific knowledge for the purpose of improving worker health and well-being. SOHP, together with the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), biennially organizes an international conference dedicated to research and practice in occupational health psychology (OHP).
