Cluj-Napoca (Romanian: (listen)), or simply Cluj (Hungarian: Kolozsvár [ˈkoloʒvaːr] (listen), German: Klausenburg), is the second-most populous city in Romania. It is the seat of Cluj County in the northwestern part of the country.
