It was founded in Spain in 1997, extending in 2005 to Chile, in 2015 to Mexico and in 2017 to Colombia. It is produced by La Cañamería Global, SL. It is based in the Librería Oniria, located in the neighborhood of Gràcia, in Barcelona, considered the only bookstore specializing in literature on psychoactive substances in the Spanish city.
